Actually there was a slight decline shortly after the bombings, but
then tourism rebounded and ended up slightly better than the previous
year at the same time.
Some say that things like bombings actually improve tourism over the
long run, perhaps by helping to gain mindshare for a destination.

It amazes me that people have no idea of relative risks. London traffic is
far more likely to kill them than the bombings, even if the latter happened
every year.

It amazes me that people have no idea of relative risks. London traffic is
