He's waiting for his case to come up. It wasn't even a very convincing imitation
of a doctor. I'm only surprised that he hasn't been prosecuted for aiding and
abetting a nutter to hijack a virtual B747.

You could complain about patients smoking immediately outside hospital
entrances. IMO they shouldn't be allowed back in, even if they are on a drip
feed.

You could complain about patients smoking immediately outside hospital

They eventually got used to the idea of not smoking
on buses and the tube.

It took about 5 years before one had to stop telling
people that this was (now) a no smoking area.
It seems to have sunk in now.
