Well, if you like to see pretty much anything, you better consider moving
to Amsterdam. The town's inhabitants themselves haven't seen everything,
yet.
My main question would be: would you like to see the typical tourist
highlights, or would you rather hear some advice about districts that
tourists usually don't get to see, and experience "every day's live" in
town?
In case of the former: there are several well known museums (Rijksmuseum,
Van Gogh Museum, Tropenmuseum and Maritime Museum, to name but a few).
You may want to take a canal boat ride, visit an Amsterdam street market
or rent a bicycle and have it stolen when you stop for lunch.
