Sweden and Finland have always struck me as very clean countries. The
first time I went to Finland in 1996 I was surprised to see bathroom and
public-place cleaning being done by clean-*** young men and women,
university student types. Then it occurred to me that Finland didn't have
any oppressed minorities to do their dirty work.
