It's fine. Some of the rooms are quite small, and I found the rooms
facing the front of the hotel a bit noisy, however if it's warm when you
visit, you might be appreciative of being able to open the big windows
at the front- the back rooms (some in a modern extension) are a bit
stuffier. The staff are helpful however. Counting all the consecutive
nights I spent in that hotel would add up to a couple of months. Odd
thought!
What's the main reason for your visit, out of interest? If all you're
looking for is a clean, reasonably priced hotel where everything 'works'
I'd recommend the Ibis. It's in a different part of the city, in the
middle of a traffic island really(!), but close to the 'three graces'
and the Albert Dock etc. The area around the Feathers is nice though-
close to the Cathedrals (just down the road from the Metropolitan),
Philharmonic Hall, etc.
