Predefinito New Golf Front Beach Resort Developments Northeast Brazil - Real Estate & Tourism - Time is running out for investors ! ! !

No more speculations continued....

Breaking news is about the newest Golf&Resort Development in the State
of Ceara only 25km away from City of Fortaleza and 30mins away from
the International Airport Pinto Martins.

Translated by me: From the Aquiraz Governmental Website.

On July Fourth (Hey Independence Day what do you know) was launched
the new Aquiraz Riviera Golf Development that will take up to 300
hectares with 1,800 beach front area, 8 hotels total beach front as
well, 1633 residential units and cost U$D350Million.Such people as the
Governor of the State of Ceara Cid Gomes,
Secretary of Tourism Ritelza Cabral, Partner of the project and the
largest Industrialist of the Northeast Ivens Dias Branco,
The owner of Dom Pedro Laguna Hotel (6 star) chain the first one to be
built here by Stefano Saviotti were amongst the ones present.

Located at the Marambaia Beach, The first Hotel is planned to be
finished by the end of 2008 and completely finished project is said to
be ready by 2010.

This should generate 4,500 direct jobs, 1700 of them being in the
hotel industry and 2800 in the Golf Sector & Tourism Real Estate
&Village Shopping Mall. Indirect jobs are estimated at 5,000 total.

I have lands and pre-approved projects as well as beach homes, land,
hotels and resorts for sale in the surrounding area.
You can find my contact in the subject line "How to contact the
Author".

This is among a few projects that were executed very successfully in
the Northeast of Brazil ...example:

Another super interesting development of the State of Ceara the size
of Cancun (I personally think it should be called Cancun II for the
size and grandeur) you can see at:

The location is approx. 190km away from Fortaleza.

Totally approved but some problems.........A group of Indians has said
that they have grandfather rights to the land after everything has
been studied analyzed and 100% approved. I think they know that the
project was going to commence/start construction and they just want a
nice sum of money. Most likely to be resolved rather quickly after a
preliminary investment of over U$D1Billion has been sunk into the
project and some parts of it sold off. My prediction is that by the
end of the year this will start as well.

The other side of the coin is that this state does not posses the
Airport of a truly international size, good customs proceedings and
service (poor at its best by my opinion) and the customer services to
become the tourism giant that it seems to be heading for.

Still available......In the area of Paracuru (80km or 1hr away from
Fortaleza)I have exclusively for sale a project of more than
3400meters beach front, 1020 hectares total, 100% pre-approved and
ready to execute as soon as construction funds are available, a
Marina, Shopping Mall, Golf Course and 1000'f of lots of 3,500 square
meters each, 16 resorts, etc....all approved that's right ready to
construct. I have no idea why this has not been purchased yet asking
price....
U$D44Million (last offer refused was U$D39 Million) maybe that's
why......

Construction cost total of approx. U$D1.8Billion and return of
investment in the first 3 years maximum. Heck, split into parts and
sell it off and make profits in 24-36 months of 200-300% if you would
like.

The entire point to this article is that Northeast and leading it
State of Ceara are not a speculation anymore but a reality and to make
your profits you have to get in on the ride now because hmmmm 24
months from now profit margins will drop severely.

Thank you for listening everyone.
