It's quite rare in French restaurants, although it appears often as a
rice alternative in collective canteens.
But Kurdish and Turkish outlets will serve it with meat dishes - and
their wheat is generally *delicious*.
Or you can just go to a Monoprix and buy a pack of 1kg :-) you'll find
it in the pātes-riz section... the most known brand is Ebly.
