Don't think it would be the most expensive - the Dorchester, accoding to
[url]www.tripadvisor.com[/url] has average room prices 25 pounds higher than the Ritz,
which incidentally gets rather mixed reviews, sounds as though their rooms
as rather "tired".
I guess they'd throw in a breakfast, but it might be the usual measly London
standard of a "continental".
I'd expect that if you could afford to stay there you could afford to pay
for a breakfast.
