Since 'outside' can include roofing and infrared heaters it's not much
of a difference. You aren't in Fargo.

That is just lovely!

I wish they did the same in Switzerland ... you go anywhere
here and then go back home stinking like hell to the stupid
smoke.

There is nothing I hate the most than having a beautiful read
in a park and getting some idiot start smoking right beside you.

I was thinking that the greater likelyhood of rain was as big a
problem as the lower temperature.

Depends upon where "here" is. ;-) Only SOUTHERN California
really qualifies for the description "sunny", and that's
only if you ignore the rainy season. (Which, unlike most
places, can mean a torrential downpour lasting for days
without letup.)

I don't know about you, but I am simply apalled that people are allowed
to bring their cars into pubs, and I want the authorities to put a stop
to this sort of rubbish *right* *now*. It's even worse when the sods
are driving old cars and burning a bit of oil.
